Originally from Australia Laura McMahon is a writer, director and performer who's main interests are people, storytelling and comedy.
She has worked in radio, film, web series and contributed to the guardian film blog. She is a member of BAFTA CREW as a writer/director, a regular at TheMoth.org and in 2018 was a finalist for Get Up Stand Up's New act of the year.

In 2019 she is performing at the Brighton Fringe and signed on to direct the web series Tall Dark Friend and Still Standing.
